When it comes to thinking about estate planning, rather than dwell on uncomfortable or sad thoughts, try to think of it as taking control of your destiny and making decisions for yourself now. Getting a basic estate plan in place is easier than you think, and when the time comes, your friends, family and loved ones can focus on supporting each other. Notary services are included with any estate planning documents.

Personal. I’ve lived in Colorado for almost 30 years. I have a BA and an MA from Colorado State University and am a graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.

My volunteer/pro bono work includes:
Co.Starters (a small business incubator) answering legal questions of small business owners.
DU Law Wills Lab – providing estate planning services for qualified clients.
Colorado Covid Legal Relief – providing pro bono legal help for small businesses impacted by Covid-19.
Boulder SBDC – providing pro bono legal help for small businesses, including entity formation, contracts, etc.

Free time (what’s that?). I spend my free time backcountry skiing in the Indian Peaks or finding new mountain bike trails to scare myself properly on.
